Joan's Collection

Joan is Mara's momma. Mara works in our retail store, helping guests find what they need, making sales, & taking custom orders. sometimes you can find her upstairs, packing orders or cleaning up after our creative team. Joan is eccentric, strong-willed, & very much her own person. Joan has never let the opinions of others affect her, which taught our sweet Mara to be tough & unique just the same.

for Joan, we found our most outstanding strands of wood, stone, glass, & resin. we stuck to a bold palette of red, black, & gold, with a touch of silver. view Joan's Collection here.

for each mom, we created a project inspired by their collection. Joan's project is a striking necklace with shiny gray navajo resin rounds, large dimpled tibetan brass accent beads, & daring red magnesite spikes. the piece is only composed of a few different beads, but manages to speak for itself. view Joan's necklace here.
